Zune Gallery (8275 Beverly Blvd, Los Angeles) will be hosting a show for photographer Peter Beste, the guy behind the 216-page photo book True Norwegian Black Metal, on November 21. Opening day is from 7-10 pm. If you’ve ever wondered what’s up with the subculture and musical genre that is often violent, misunderstood and shrouded in secrecy, Beste attacks it from a truly visceral perspective.
