The Los Angeles based Black Hippy collective (Kendrick Lamar, ScHoolboy Q, and Ab Soul) have been gaining a lot of attention this past year, at first individually and now collectively. ScHoolboy Q, who’s currently touring with Ab Soul (and will be in Los Angeles August 10th with Childish Gambino and again Aug. 26th with A$AP Rocky as part of the LONGLIVEA$AP Tour) has just released the music video for his single “There He Go” off his album Habits & Contradictions via Top Dog Entertainment. The David Helman directed video features ScHoolboy Q in some bucket hats, a bit of orange kinetic typography, his Black Hippy mates, and his daughter Joy.
